Our experiences are led by the owners and family behind Paramount Caviar. Our owner and founder, Hossein Aimani, hails from Iran's Caspian Sea region and has over 35 years of experience in the caviar industry being a trusted advisor to acclaimed chefs and luxury hospitality professionals.
The Caviar Vault is designed to be an intimate environment to learn about the history, art, and science of caviar all while enjoying caviar itself. Our tasting room experience hosts a maximum of 10 guests. We require a minimum of 4 guests to book.
Tastings at The Caviar Vault are 1.5 - 2 hours long. Our experiences are intimate conversations that afford you the luxury of time to learn about caviar.
Absolutely! After your Vault experience, you may purchase caviar at insider prices only made available to guests of The Caviar Vault at the time of your visit. If you'd like to purchase caviar from us ongoing, you may purchase from our parent company Paramount Caviar.
Our tasting experiences do not have alcoholic beverage pricing built in as we are a Bring Your Own Beverage establishment. We are happy to recommend beverage pairings upon request.
The beautiful thing about caviar and roe is that you can enjoy it with the entire family. We would love to meet your little ones and show them the magic of caviar! Please note that any alcohol served during caviar tastings may only be consumed by guests 21 years of age and over.
